About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido. As a Qualified Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute activities that cater to individual children's needs
  • Observe and assess children's progress, setting individualised goals and celebrating their achievements
  • Work closely with parents to ensure seamless communication and a nurturing environment

  • A competitive salary of up to £28,750 for full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service

Requirements
  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum
