This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Crypto/Web3 Recruitment Consultant, working closely with our Managing Director to drive business growth and success.

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our recruitment efforts in the Crypto and Web3 space, leveraging their expertise to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent in the Crypto and Web3 industry
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
