Job Title: Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Leicester. As an Employment Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law and HR matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing telephone and email advice on employment law matters, ensuring best practice and commercially practical solutions.
  • Advise clients on complex employment law and HR issues, including redundancies, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, TUPE, absence management, and settlement agreements.
  • Work effectively with the consultancy, advice line, and business development teams to support consistent delivery to clients.
  • Effectively manage a small client bank within agreed service levels.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of advising clients on employment law and HR matters.
  • Experience working in a HR advisory or multi-site capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
