Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Strategist to join our team at EMIS. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for delivering our strategic goals and driving the success of our EMIS-X products.

About the Role

As a Lead Product Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and contains detailed and actionable user stories.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Line manage other Product Owners within the Product Platform space, providing guidance, mentoring, and aligning to agile ways of working.
  • Agile Development: Define and implement agile development principles, working collaboratively to define features, sequenced and delivered in a way that will deliver optimal customer and business value.
  • Quality and Standards: Work closely with other Lead and Principal Product Owners to embed a culture of quality and standardization across the product owner community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in product ownership, with a strong track record of delivering success in an agile environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop other Product Owners.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with digital products, cloud-based technologies, and agile development methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex problems in a clear and concise way.
