Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Bid Manager with a proven track record of success in bid management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bid management, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
  • Able to structure, edit, and review technical and non-technical content to answer EOI, SSQ, ITT, RFQ, RFI, and Framework/DSP bids.
  • In-depth knowledge of Private Sector bidding processes.
  • Professional certifications such as APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or similar are desirable.
