About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Cashier to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a Senior Legal Cashier, you will play a crucial role in the Accounts Department, ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the use and operation of the firm's accounting system
  • Complete daily banking tasks
  • Post bills and authorise invoices
  • Liaise with clients for payment purposes
  • Assist with the operation of the credit control system
  • Manage petty cash procedures
  • Efficiently manage work allocation and productivity
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a legal cashier is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and articulation skills
  • Good general knowledge of Conveyancing Law
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
