Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our clinical operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing clinical supervision and appraisal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct candidate interviews, inductions, and ID checks
  • Provide clinical supervision and appraisal
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual complaint monitoring reports
  • Review and update policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with candidates and internal teams
  • Provide reports and information to the management team as required
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
  • Good written and IT skills
  • Ability to work within a clinical team
  • Good team player
  • High levels of integrity
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market in Northern Ireland
  • Understanding of regulatory standards
  • Previous recruitment experience in the NHS or private sector
  • Knowledge of compliance processes
