As a Time Critical Service Delivery Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and logistics support within the aerospace industry. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring seamless procedures, providing expert client interactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to urgent shipping requests, demonstrating a commitment to time-sensitive operations.
  • Become proficient in all available special services to ensure clients receive comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Identify and implement the most effective transportation methods (Express Air, Hand Carry, or Road) for each shipment.
  • Conduct thorough customs checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Process booking details, arrange collections and deliveries, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Provide accurate quotations and obtain third-party costings to optimize shipping solutions.
  • Track shipments meticulously, keeping clients informed about progress, including flight and customs updates, proof of delivery, charges, resolutions, and any potential delays.
  • Embrace a proactive and solution-oriented approach, consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Extensive experience in the Airfreight industry, specializing in time-sensitive shipments.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to influence and consult effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and industry-specific software.
