Job Title: Time Critical Service Delivery Agent

As a Time Critical Service Delivery Agent at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service and logistics support. Your role demands precision and dedication to ensure seamless procedures are followed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to time-sensitive shipping requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with all special services offered to ensure customers are given all available options.
  • Establish the best transport solution (Express Air, Hand carry, or Road) for each shipment.
  • Complete customs checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Take booking details, arrange collections/deliveries, and provide quotations.
  • Trace and track shipments, keeping customers informed proactively about flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, and resolutions.
  • Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and show willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in the Airfreight industry, specifically dealing with time-sensitive shipments.
  • Outstanding customer service, influencing, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Confident in using computer applications.
  • Good at establishing working relationships and developing personal contacts.
  • Good analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making qualities.
