Studio Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Digital Tonic. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and work closely with design teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage studio scheduling and operations, ensuring seamless coordination with design teams and other departments.
  • Handle project and HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare invoices, and schedule meetings.
  • Support the team on various ad hoc tasks, including building maintenance and Health & Safety responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and own tasks.
  • Approachable, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical in approach.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally experienced with project accounting or CRM software.
  • Able to work flexibly as part of a team, providing support across multiple areas.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign.
  • Previous experience in an architecture or design-related environment.
  • Familiarity with project financial software, such as Rapport3.
