Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our firm's profile and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development plans and budgets
  • Lead regular business development meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Organize events and conferences to promote our services
  • Develop bids, pitches, and marketing materials to showcase our expertise
  • Track and report business opportunities to ensure maximum ROI
  • Research clients, competitors, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Supervise and mentor a junior team member to ensure their growth and development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing and BD environment, ideally within professional services
  • Experience of Real Estate and/or Housing Sectors would be desirable
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and manage internal and external relationships
  • Experience managing a team would be desirable
