Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a dependable and diligent Warehouse Associate to contribute to our operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including accurately picking and packing orders, assisting with the unloading of shipments, verifying stock upon arrival, and ensuring the overall tidiness and orderliness of the warehouse.

Occasionally, you may also be tasked with packaging duties, both on the production line and within the warehouse, which includes assembling and filling boxes with kombucha.

MOMO has experienced significant growth since its inception and is available at various retailers, including major online and physical stores, as well as over 1,000 high-quality independent outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders in a timely manner.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to confirm their contents.
  • Utilize a Warehouse Management System for inventory tracking and stock management.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

This may include supporting our production team with the preparation and packaging of our kombucha, organizing boxes, or writing seasonal greetings.

Qualifications:
Reach Forklift Training Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation:
Starting salary of £25k+, depending on experience and forklift training.

  • Early finish on Fridays.
  • Quarterly Bonus Scheme & Share Options Scheme.
  • 26 days of holiday annually, plus an additional day for every two years of service, up to a maximum of 30 days per year.
