We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Manchester branch, responsible for managing and developing the trade counter, driving sales, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop the trade counter team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers.
- Negotiate and onboard new business, developing sales opportunities.
- Answer customer queries, process quotes & orders, and ensure branch standards and operations are maintained.
- Industry experience within windows and doors is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internal and external.
- Experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or similar role.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
