Job Opportunity

Curtain Walling Project Manager London
Up to £85,000 plus excellent package

Constructive Moves is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their Operations team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curtain walling installations and a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage curtain walling installations and other relevant disciplines, including roofing, cladding, and glazing
• Develop and implement installation method statements and installation programmes
• Coordinate input from various departments to maximize efficiency and add value to the project
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, including correspondence and drawings
• Provide professional project management services, including reporting, record keeping, and project reviews

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on curtain walling installations
• HND or Degree qualification in a construction or engineering related discipline
• CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
• Strong computer literacy, with experience in programming and planning
