Curtain Walling Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Curtain Walling Project Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing curtain walling installations and other relevant disciplines, including roofing, cladding, and glazing.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience working on construction sites, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager. You will be HND or Degree qualified in a construction or engineering-related discipline and possess a CSCS Manager's card. Additionally, you will have good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work without supervision and use your own initiative to fulfill the company's commitments.

Responsibilities will include taking full operational responsibility for the project from inception to completion, with a particular focus on design and pre-construction. You will need to be fully conversant with contract documents, including correspondence, and be able to implement business management system procedures.

The successful candidate will offer a high level of professionalism at all times in dealing with clients and in the presentation of themselves and their work. Bonus and additional benefits make up the package.

Requirements
  • 10 years of experience working on construction sites
  • 5 years as a Project Manager
  • HND or Degree qualified in a construction or engineering-related discipline
  • CSCS Manager's card
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative
