About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. As a key member of our Improvement Science team, you will play a crucial role in driving quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and implement changes
- Provide coaching and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and tools
