Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Chesterfield office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial six-month training period. This role would be suited to someone starting out their career in recruitment or someone who has some experience but wishes to move into a new industry sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing vacancies and researching roles to provide well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients.
  • Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates to manage the whole recruitment process from interview, through to offer, to start.

  • A starting salary of £23,000 per annum, with further negotiation for candidates with additional relevant experience.
