Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our successful recruitment organisation at our Chesterfield office, with hybrid home working available upon completion of an initial six-month training period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and managing job vacancies
  • Interviewing and selecting potential candidates
  • Researching and understanding client requirements
  • Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to clients
  • Managing the recruitment process from interview to start
