About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout the transaction process;
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions;
  • Market the conveyancing services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue;
  • Provide training and support to junior members of the team;
  • Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures;
  • Ability to work in a standalone position as required;
  • Full driving license.
