Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in London. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mid to large-scale healthcare commissions, ranging from £500k to £40m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site front-end due diligence work
  • Pre-contract management
  • Phase-by-phase management of the building process

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Previous client-facing Project Management experience
  • Commercial background (desirable)
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector (desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a construction consultancy
