As a key member of our team, you will provide high levels of support to patients throughout their recovery, working collaboratively with our highly skilled team to manage risks and deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, assess, and evaluate nursing care using person-centred, evidence-based practice.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to manage risks and deliver high-quality care.
- Provide support and guidance to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure that patient needs are met.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current nursing practice and care standards.
- Ability to manage a personal caseload and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of clinical governance and care standards.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to work in mental health nursing.
