Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry
  • Prior experience in social housing maintenance
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
