Key Responsibilities
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine and non-routine preventive maintenance on scientific instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, utilizing your expertise in scientific instrumentation systems.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Evaluate fault reports, identify issues, and implement solutions to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
  • Lab Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety and operational standards to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • Scientific Instrumentation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of scientific instrumentation systems, including their design, operation, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work autonomously within established guidelines and protocols.
