Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication.
  • Assist in promoting sales of products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales office-based position.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and manage own time and workload effectively.
