About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Team at The Cambian Group. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our young people, while also leading a team of care workers to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care workers to provide high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Provide supervision and guidance to care workers to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with OFSTED regulations and Quality Standards
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting
  • Qualification in childcare or a related field (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
  • Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support to care workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be part of a rota
