We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Disabilities Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a CAMHS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Family Therapy Team and contribute to the development of innovative services within CAMHS. As a Family Therapy Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based interventions and support families in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for support.
- Collaborate with community agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.
