About the Role:

The Omega Leeds team is seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Team Lead to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role
