Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Team Members and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching, training, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for our customers.
- HR Support: Provide HR support to the Store Manager, including deputising when necessary and delivering a variety of HR processes.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships with local community groups and support the Store Manager in delivering the local Co-op community plan.
- Customer Focus: A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and develop a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility: The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
