Job Description

As a Lead DC Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing and leading maintenance teams to ensure the development of infrastructures, maintenance, and optimization of industrial equipment. You will work to ensure reliability and compliance with defined health, safety, and environmental rules.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and operate critical infrastructures
  • Ensure the maintenance of installations, setting up necessary organization, and intervening in technical difficulties
  • Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, monitor and analyze alerts to detect and prevent incidents
  • Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance work orders and ensure on-time execution
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance to solve technical or organizational issues
  • Accompany service providers and apply quality, health, and environmental rules and regulations
  • Participate in defining requirements for OPEX/CAPEX budgets and procure tools/equipment orders
  • Participate in projects, local support in new infrastructure equipment/facility/installation implementations
  • Guarantee the validity of documentation and processes relating to equipment operated in the DC
Team Management
  • Manage a team of technicians
  • Organize activities in areas such as electricity, hydraulic cooling, HVAC, building, and follow-up with experts
  • Ensure individual and collective performance management, salary reviews, development, and training
  • Represent the Division's Infrastructure team and maintain team cohesion and motivation
Your Future Impact

In 6 months, you will master the internal organization of the industrial maintenance team and demonstrate a sufficient level of autonomy to take charge of priority growth and maintenance issues. In 1 year, you will have good knowledge of the critical infrastructures and challenges of the site, recognized as the Data Center's technical reference.

Skills Required
  • College/university training in building engineering or industrial maintenance
  • Local recognized electrical qualification
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or data center environment
  • Electrical knowledge and skills, HVAC, building, water cooling skills, management, leadership, and accountability skills
