Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Employee Engagement
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and ready to contribute from day one.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities to boost team spirit, such as team-building and wellness initiatives.
- HR Administration
- Manage administrative tasks like leave tracking and record-keeping, turning them into smooth and efficient processes.
- Oversee employee compensation and benefits, making sure payroll runs smoothly and that employees are well-supported through comprehensive benefit programs.
- Employee Relations and Compliance
- Foster good employee relations, helping resolve issues and creating a positive, balanced work environment.
- Ensure the company complies with labour laws, making sure it's more than just ticking boxes.
- Office Management
- Handle office management, event scheduling, international travel, and scheduling of meetings for stakeholders.
- HR Policy Development
- Help develop HR policies, aligning them with industry standards to strengthen the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR or admin roles.
- A university degree in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
