The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
  • Ensure that all public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and restaurants, are clean and well-maintained.
  • Report any damages or breakages to management promptly to ensure prompt repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of attention to detail and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
