About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our young people in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including morning and night time routines, and help with educational and recreational activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a sense of belonging and community among our young people.
