About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and care leavers to live independently.

Our Supported Accommodation division provides a safe and supportive environment for young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive. If you have a passion for working with young people and a drive to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and emotional support to young people in our care
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Help young people to develop life skills, such as budgeting and time management
  • Support young people to access education and employment opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people

Requirements
