We are seeking a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team.

As an Account Executive, you will assist clients with their daily inquiries and collaborate closely with Account Managers to provide additional support as needed.

This role presents a unique opportunity to transition into Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate technological proficiency and quickly adapt to new systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of both the products and client businesses to establish trust and rapport
  • Strive to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Assist clients in maximizing their use of the platform while identifying potential upsell opportunities

Additional Duties:

  • Regularly check in with clients and address all inquiries
  • Monitor and manage support tickets raised by your client group
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and growth
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge, staying updated on all feature releases
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to share insights and knowledge
  • Understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
  • Provide valuable client feedback to our Product team for ongoing development
