About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at SIXT UK. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for supporting the branch manager in the successful management of our branch, driving sales and service excellence, and developing our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager: Assist in the day-to-day operation of the branch, including budget management, team leadership, and customer interactions.
  • Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Lead by example, promoting a sales and service mentality that contributes to the profitability of the branch.
  • Develop the Team: Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
  • Manage the Fleet: Effectively manage our SIXT premium vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing costs.
  • Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with local customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the retail, hotel, catering, and/or hospitality industry.
  • Service-Oriented: Demonstrate a strong service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid Driving License: Hold a full, clean, and valid UK driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
