About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality home care services to adults in need of care in their own homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping service delivery, overseeing growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high-quality home care to customers within budget.
  • Monitor and maintain the compliance and quality of the branch against the standards set by the parent company, liaising with regulatory bodies as required.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Care Service and wider Board of Directors to achieve agreed outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
