Health and Safety Manager Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Building Careers UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety within our client's operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Lead training initiatives to promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the business.
* Manage incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up actions.
* Liaise with senior management, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE legislation and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**

* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a Health and Safety management role within the construction or facade industry.
* Strong knowledge of UK health and safety laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
