Your Role as a Retrofit Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Retrofit Coordinator to join our dedicated ECO team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting customers with reducing their energy bills while contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment within the renewable energy sector.

  • Customer Focus: Coordinate closely with internal surveyors to ensure seamless customer interactions throughout the retrofit process.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain meticulous records for surveyors, verifying paperwork compliance and accuracy.
  • Scheduling & Communication: Schedule survey appointments with customers, ensuring efficient time management and clear communication.
  • Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the retrofit department, including data input into internal systems, file organization, and workload management.
  • Continuous Development: Receive ongoing training and support in a modern office setting, enhancing your skills and knowledge within the renewable energy field.
