About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Administrator to join our ECO team at All Seasons Energy, part of the Aira family. As a Retrofit Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our retrofit department and dealing with customers, ensuring documentation is compliant with legislation and raising invoices and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside internal surveyors to ensure all surveyors have correct and up-to-date paperwork
  • Checking surveyor's paperwork to ensure all correct and compliant
  • Calling customers to book survey appointments
  • Administrative support to retrofit coordinator and manager
  • Data input onto internal systems
  • Collating and saving files
  • Managing departments pipeline of works
  • Diary management
