Job Title: CNC Laser Engineer - CAD/CAM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join our team at Isla Rose Consulting Ltd. As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for creating 2D nests for flatbed laser machines using Bysoft. You will also create bend programs for Bystronic press brake machines and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create efficient cutting paths and programs that maximize material use and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD/CAM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in CAD/CAM programming.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer, ideally with experience using Bysoft.
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
