Technical Network Recruitment Ltd is proud to represent a leading third-party snack manufacturer who is seeking to expand its sales division by hiring two Senior National Account Managers.

Package:

Salary: £60,000-£79,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance £4,800, bonus 15%

Location:

Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office

Working Pattern:

Monday-Friday (37.5 hours), days

Purpose:

The purpose of these roles is to drive revenue growth by developing current accounts and bringing in new business. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the snack industry and have a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy to achieve targets and objectives
  • Build partnerships with various businesses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD to understand growth opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers to maximize business profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify business growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a strong background in retail sales and connections
  • Senior sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Inquisitive and innovative mindset, with a desire to drive new ideas and improve business processes
  • Degree preferred but not essential

The role will focus on B2B and retail customers, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and driving revenue growth.
