Position Overview: This role offers a unique opportunity to work part-time, specifically three days a week, coordinating the production and delivery of in-store Point of Sale (POS) materials for a prominent client account. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing team and ensure that all campaigns are executed within budget and on schedule. This position supports the Account Director across various business units, emphasizing the verification, accuracy, and completeness of all artwork processed through our specialized approval system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and interpret briefs from the Account Director or directly from the client, effectively communicating timelines, creative guidelines, and cost estimates.
  • Facilitate connections between the marketing and planning teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely artwork approvals.
  • Lead pre-production discussions for each campaign to ensure clarity and finalization of artwork briefs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Artwork Production Team, proactively addressing urgent or significant campaigns and setting realistic deadlines.
  • Provide comprehensive briefs to the Production team using pre-approved templates, ensuring ample time for quality completion, particularly during peak periods.
  • Accurately manage information from various business units, creating detailed production and artwork briefs, and maintaining print specifications through our technological systems.
  • Engage with printers to discuss deadlines, workload, and realistic timelines for receiving Purchase Orders and final artwork.
  • Keep M&S cost trackers updated and communicate costs regularly with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely raising of Purchase Orders in advance of print dates and proactively address any issues with the client team.
  • Maintain critical path dates on the production board, coordinating with planning managers and creative leads throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Send reminder communications for key dates to relevant teams.
  • Distribute daily WIP reports and weekly job status updates to the client, including any necessary status changes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of print processes to effectively manage supplier relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area for three days each week.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Prior experience with Press Pass is advantageous.
  • Seeking a part-time role with a commitment of three days per week.
