Overview

Radii Planet Group is a leading provider of high-quality partitioning, architectural glass solutions, and certified glazed fire-rated systems. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the London and South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and Nurture Strategic Relationships: Proactively build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and main contractors to drive new business and secure projects.
  2. Influence Design Decisions: Position Radii Planet Group's products and services as the preferred choice for clients, influencing design decisions early in the project lifecycle.
  3. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze client requirements and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their needs, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to develop and deliver proposals, stage 3 design development, and oversee the specification's journey from concept to installation.
  5. Engage with Bid Teams: Collaborate with divisional stage 4 bid teams to influence new business and secure projects.
  6. Deliver CPDs and Training: Organize and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions to educate and update architects on new products, technologies, and regulatory changes.
  7. Represent the Company: Attend social events and represent Radii Planet Group in a professional and respectful manner.
  8. Optimize Sales Processes: Utilize data-driven approaches, including effective CRM system use, to track and manage client interactions and sales opportunities.
  9. Develop and Manage Client Relationships: Develop and maintain client relationships, including key and target accounts, to drive repeat business and referrals.
  10. Forecast and Achieve Sales Targets: Forecast sales volumes and achieve and exceed volume sales targets.
  11. Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate client details on the client database.
  12. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and passion for Radii Planet Group's products and services.
  13. Adhere to Company Policies: Ensure knowledge and awareness of individual roles and responsibilities under the Company's quality, health and safety, and environmental management systems, as well as confidentiality and data protection legislation.

Person Specification:

  1. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in interior fit-out sales or similar.
  2. Strong Relationship Building Skills: Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels both externally and internally, while maintaining a professional approach.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric approach with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Excellent Negotiating Skills: Excellent negotiating skills with strong commercial sense.
  5. Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work without supervision.
  6. Product Sales Experience: Experience in product sales.
  7. Technical Skills: Experience in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit would be advantageous.
