We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to join our team at JLD Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Acting on behalf of one of the UK's largest freeholders, you will deal with queries from internal and external sources, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
- Jointly monitor the performance of external managing agents, addressing any issues and highlighting them to senior management.
- Review leases, legislation, and land registry documents to provide guidance on legal matters and repairs, ensuring the portfolio's health and safety compliance.
- Provide guidance on incoming Right to Manage claims, working closely with our legal team to see these through to completion.
- Conduct site visits to meet with leaseholders or managing agents, ensuring standards are being met.
- Assist in the general running and administration of the company, including dealing with incoming phone calls and other daily duties.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in block management, with strong knowledge of legislative requirements.
- ATPI qualified or higher.
- A degree graduate is desirable.
