We are seeking an experienced Part-time HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Mediate employee disputes and handle grievance procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Assist in performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
* Provide training on Employee Relations topics to staff and management to enhance their knowledge and skills.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of Employee Relations issues to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

* CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualification in HR.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Employee Relations.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
