Position Overview:
We are in search of dedicated and passionate Educational Support Facilitators to join our team at Nescot, located in Epsom, Surrey. This role is term-time only, spanning 36 weeks, and is designed for individuals who are eager to make a difference in the educational journey of our students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in using technology for administrative purposes
  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English at grade C or above
  • A genuine understanding and compassion for students facing learning challenges, disengagement, or behavioral issues
  • Flexibility to work across various vocational settings

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students in developing essential skills and fostering their independence
  • Support students with physical or medical disabilities, which may include personal care tasks
  • Provide in-class support and advocate for the needs of students
