About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other members of the HR team.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including payroll processing, employee record-keeping, and benefits administration.
  • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, interview coordination, and contract management.
  • Organize training sessions and events, and provide logistical support for HR-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, and respond to HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR environment or team.
  • CIPD or relevant practical work experience.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
