Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at SkyeBiz. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Manager for two entities, handling day-to-day financial matters, processing month-end journals, managing accounts payable and receivable, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Manager in handling financial matters, including processing month-end journals and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and submit VAT returns to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures, including month-end journals and management reporting.
- CAT/AAT qualified or part-qualified.
- MS Dynamics NAV experience is highly desirable.
- Good time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent English communication skills.
