Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt responses to inquiries.
    • Process waste management orders, log them into our system, and ensure smooth delivery from our parent company, Imperial Polythene.
    • Assist clients with any issues or queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Be open to visiting client sites to discuss, solve issues, or provide additional support as needed.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage order documentation, update client records, and maintain organized filing systems to ensure seamless operations.
    • Complete and submit forms and tenders for client contracts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    • Prepare and compile data and reports for both internal use and client presentations, highlighting key insights and trends.
    • Scanning and allocating out boxes of waste sacks to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Assist in sales activities, including drafting proposals, preparing and delivering presentations, and attending client meetings to drive new business opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding our services within the current customer base, providing tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
    • Support the team with market research, lead generation, and follow-up activities to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Trackersack Technologies Ltd team to overcome challenges and find solutions for the business as a whole.
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in strategic planning to drive business growth and innovation.
    • Be a team player, willing to roll up your sleeves and help with whatever comes up, whether it's an unexpected challenge or a new opportunity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or an administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, willing to go the extra mile to support the business and drive results.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A can-do attitude and mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
