The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Hockey Academy Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our hockey program, developing and implementing strategies to enhance student performance, and promoting a culture of excellence and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive hockey program that aligns with the school's academic and extracurricular goals
• Lead and manage a team of coaches and support staff to deliver high-quality coaching and training
• Recruit and retain top talent, including student-athletes and coaches
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and facilities to support the hockey program
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote a culture of excellence and sportsmanship
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
